I’ve been a massage and movement therapist for over 10 years, working with a range of clients who share one common goal – to improve mobility and movement.
I trained as a massage therapist specialising in Thai Yoga massage.
I retrained as a Biomechanics Coach enabling me to assess and understand why the body adapts to incorrect movement patterns and how to correct these imbalances and restore normal function.
I can recognise injuries caused by incorrect techniques while running, lifting weights or repetitive strain injuries and treat the problem through corrective exercise and hands-on therapy.
I want to help you on YOUR journey - whether that’s training for a marathon, coming back from injury or simply improving general flexibility. I’ll work with you to help you understand why you are having problems.
I want to give you the confidence to take control of your recovery and see real change in your abilities. I am passionate and completely focused on helping you achieve your goals.

Hi, I’m Taryn, a Holistic Skin & Wellness Therapist with over 25 years of experience in skincare, massage and holistic therapies.
I combine professional, science-led skin treatments with a holistic view of wellbeing, recognising the important connection between our skin, stress levels, lifestyle and overall health. From personalised skin rituals and advanced facial treatments to therapeutic massage and reflexology, every treatment is tailored to you and designed to help you slow down, restore balance and feel genuinely cared for.
