While growing up I never had an huge interest in fitness. This changed when I had to recover from an injury and loose some extra weight. I start to enjoy training and appreciate the benefits of it, I began to feel stronger, more confident, I was happy with the way my body looked and I had more energy at work. I became curious about the science behind it and decided to study anatomy and nutrition then I qualified as a personal trainer. That was just the beginning... I like to keep myself update with the latest training systems and increase my knowledge by studying for new qualifications.
I currently compete as a power-lifter as weight training helped many physical and emotional areas of my life.
I like to share my passion for fitness with others and help you achieve your goals with a personally tailored program.
A journey of a thousand miles might begin with a single step but that journey is far easier and more enjoyable when you have a guide and companion to walk it with you. You can can count on me to be with you every step of the way.

Neal graduated from the prestigious University of Bath with BSc (Hons) in Sport and Excerise Sciences. He has gained invaluable experience over the last 10 years having been able to work with some very talented juniors across various sports and associated himself with the elite in the movement industry.
Neal's passion has always been in Strength and Conditioning. Over the last few years he has combined his traditional principles with a more functional approach to optimize performance strategies for both the individual and team athlete. Neal believes training athletes is about providing the necessary foundations of movement so they can safely progress in the early years of professional sport.
I am experienced in both lab and field based fitness and performance assessment including isokinetic dynamometry, functional movement screening, Olympic lifting, programming prescription, periodization and V02max and lactate threshold testing. This has led to a proficient understanding of anatomy and physiology as well as vital experience in the use of analytical software for the assessment of movement and mobility such as Kinovea. Core university modules of anatomy and physiology, sport psychology, advanced sport nutrition, biomechanics and advanced strength and conditioning have contributed to a deep fundamental understanding of sports performance that has been practically applied through S&C work with the sports science consultancy unit. Subsequently I had the privilege to learn under greatly experienced practitioners who have coached at the LTA with national level tennis players, national level basketball players and county cricketers. Being taught under such coaches has given me both the understanding and upmost respect required to implement the running of sound and effective strategies to improve performance from academy to elite level.
